Voice Notes Lab is built around a simple idea: Speak. Transcribe. Know. We want to turn your voice into organized, searchable notes with AI-powered intelligence—so you can capture thoughts on the go, get instant transcripts and summaries, and turn spoken ideas into clear action items and to-dos. We’re focused on making voice notes useful, not just stored: real-time transcription, smart summaries, folders and favorites, and an AI chat that helps you get more from your recordings.

What we do

We build a mobile app that lets you record voice notes and immediately see them as text. Our AI helps you summarize long recordings, extract key points and action items, and organize everything into notes, categories, and folders. You can search across your notes, pin favorites, and chat with an AI assistant about a selected note to get insights, rewrites, or decisions. Your data syncs across devices so you can pick up where you left off.
