Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account or data? You can delete individual notes from the note detail screen. For full account and data deletion, contact us via the Support email or in-app feedback and we’ll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
Why isn’t transcription or AI working? Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you’ve granted microphone permission. If you’re on a premium trial or subscription, check that it’s active. If the issue continues, report it via Profile → Feedback so we can investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Use your device’s subscription settings (e.g., Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android) to cancel or change your plan.
